We cannot guarantee to successfully sell every piece of land that somebody might want to sell; but, in nearly 20 years since that first piece of land was successfully sold for 50% more than the estate agent had thought it was worth, we have never failed to find buyers prepared to pay an enhanced price for every parcel of land that we have agreed to find buyers for!
